Businesses, community organizations, and private groups are invited to utilize and enjoy our new first class facilities, built adjoining our original heritage building. Occupying 36,000 square feet in total, the new building is comprised of four floors of classrooms and office space together with a large hall/ open auditorium on the main floor and a rooftop tatami room and garden terrace that has a panoramic view of the Vancouver waterfront and Northshore mountains.

• Minutes away from the Vancouver waterfront, Gastown and the downtown core
• Utilize for a multitude of functions: from large-scale performances and concerts, to smaller social functions such as private parties, weddings, educational/training locations or business meetings/conferences/seminars/workshops.
• Furniture and equipment (including tables, chairs etc.). are available for rental
• Secure underground parking can also be provided
• As security is not provided, we encourage independent arrangements be made.

All rentals adhere to the VJLS-JH rental policy.
