These high-intensity courses are designed to structure and aid students' chances of passing these exams. The Japanese Proficiency exams are taken by those who wish to certify their level of proficiency for official or business purposes (ie highschool and university entrance/course requirements; foreign service requirements; resume). 2 hour prep sessions begin in July until the end of November once a week on weeknights from 7~9 pm.

Cultural Arts
Shodo (Japanese calligraphy), and Japanese Classics courses (ie study of Haiku) are held once a week ongoing throughout the year. Students range from young children to active seniors who wish to explore the artistic and literary side of learning Japanese. Japanese calligraphy in particular is a great way to learn and memorize Japanese characters.
